Last night I took my first dance class! West Coast Swing, very fun!
And so my new adventure to improve my health arrived today!
I am going to do a little research on how to get the full benefits on
drinking out of copper. I opted for the travel mug style since I am going
to be quite a bit of traveling this summer.
